It has protection on the chest, and a zipper on the belly area, fully adjustable. Extra high collar with elastic adjustment. Easy to put on due to the adjustment elastics at the neck and back, and the adjustable loops for the hind legs.

To help keep the cover from getting wet, you can use the microfilament towel to better absorb the one on the paws.
