Its use is indicated in specific situations, long term and in behavioral problems.

FeelCalm Tranquility and Well-being

FeelCalm is indicated for the following situations:
Stress and Anxiety - Work on diseases where environmental stress management is an important factor to take into consideration.
Control - Unwanted behaviors (gnawing on objects, unwanted territorial markings, vocalizing in an exacerbated manner, euphoria/excitement).
Managing fears and phobias - Thunderstorms, fireworks, going to the vet,....
Tranquility and relaxation

But why do common situations cause so much fear and stress?

All it takes is small changes, many of which we cannot control, to trigger all the mechanisms of stress and fear. These mechanisms are even more exaggerated according to some genetic characteristics, as well as past experiences that may have provoked any type of threat. Upon first contact with a threatening situation, the animal adopts an attitude of hypervigilance, trying to solve the problem immediately (running away, barking, etc.).

As most threats do not disappear with the animal's response, it reacts with greater intensity, in an attempt to make them disappear by increasing this intensity.

With the repetition of the threat/stimulus, the responses become immediate, automatic and increasingly intense. The animal even starts to react inappropriately to any stimulus (even of lesser intensity) or to normal situations, which refer them to these stress factors.

Cannabis Sativa L.
Cannabis Sativa L. is an Asian plant of the Cannabis genus. it is highly tolerated by animals, with a good safety profile and no clinical toxicity recorded in the scientific literature.

Exposure to chronic stressful situations can alter, decreasing, the CB1 receptors of the Endocannabinoid system, and reduce circulating levels of endocannabinoids, which is inversely correlated with anxiety levels.

Valeriana Officinalis
Valeriana Officinalis is a plant, native to Europe, that belongs to the Valerianaceae family. The rhizomes and roots have been used for 2000 years for anxiety and sleep disorders, particularly insomnia. This induces a decrease in brain activity characteristic of the waking state, also influencing the increase in peripheral muscle relaxation.

Melissa ofcicinalis
Melissa officinalis, also known as lemon balm, belongs to the Lamiaceae botanical family. Clinical studies on the effect of Melissa on the Central Nervous System indicate that it has anxiolytic/tranquilizing, antidepressant properties and helps regulate sleep patterns.

L-Theanine
L-Theanine promotes the release of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), an inhibitory neurotransmitter that induces relaxation and promotes well-being. On the other hand, it regulates brain levels of dopamine (the neurotransmitter of pleasure and reward) and serotonin (the main inhibitory neurotransmitter), which undergo a marked degradation in situations of stress and anxiety.

Complex B vitamins
B Complex vitamins play an especially important role in the proper functioning of the animal organism. They help convert food into energy for everyday life, in addition to improving the absorption of nutrients, contributing to a healthier animal in general.
