What we leave out is just as important as what we put in. We do not, and will never, use some of the unhealthy and, in our opinion, unnecessary ingredients used by many leading brands.
- Grain-free: Our foods do not use grains – we prefer the better, but more expensive carbohydrates, potatoes and peas
- No artificial preservatives: we use a mixture of natural tocopherols and rosemary
- No added sugars: some dog foods add amounts of sugar to make the food more palatable – we don't, it's not healthy and fish is already very palatable.
- No fillers: Some foods contain fillers that give little nutritional value - we don't - all the ingredients in our foods are there for a good reason
