Ultra digestibility - With the best natural ingredients, high quantities of fresh meat and a limited content of cereals, always whole, we prepare our recipes using the Slow cooking process, cooking them very slowly and at a low temperature, to achieve maximum nutritional quality and achieve exceptional digestibility.

Finally, we form kibbles in the right size and shape for each type of dog and cat and package them to preserve all their freshness.

30% fresh meat -   The incorporation of fresh meat makes an essential difference, as it guarantees a greater biological value of the proportional protein, as it contains all the essential amino acids and has a significantly higher digestibility percentage than other protein sources.
That’s why all our Ultra range recipes include 30% fresh meat as the main ingredient. That is, of all the ingredients used, one third is fresh meat. It provides proteins with a higher biological value, which are more digestible and have an exceptional flavour.

Lowgrain -   We only use rice, barley and oats in quantities of less than 15% of the total, avoiding the incorporation of other cereals such as corn or wheat.
In addition, we always use whole grains, which provide more fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Thanks to our advanced technology, carbohydrates reach the exact cooking point so that they can be processed by the animal's digestive enzymes, thus avoiding digestive problems.

No dyes or preservatives -   Preservatives are used to increase the shelf life of the product, thus facilitating its distribution and use. They therefore fulfill a technical role but do not provide nutritional benefits. At Ownat, we have replaced artificial preservatives with natural preservatives, extracted from vegetable oils and plants. Colorants have a purely aesthetic function and have no nutritional value. This is why we have eliminated them completely from Ownat formulas.

Our recipes do not include any additives that do not provide nutritional or functional value to the product.
