Ultimate Acid is an acidifying liquid based on the synergistic action of organic acids and chelated minerals such as copper and zinc. Organic acids lower pH, allowing for improved protein digestion and inhibition of bacterial growth. Copper plays a main role in different metabolic mechanisms (e.g. production of red blood cells), it also has a strong bactericidal effect.

Zinc has an important role in the formation and activation of enzymes, in the growth process, in the performance of tissue functions and in reproductive organs. Additionally, zinc decreases the growth of E. coli and Streptococcus spp. Ultimate Acid improves the digestive process and reduces bacterial growth both in the water distribution system and in the intestine.

The daily intake of treated water can contain a maximum of 1% of this premix.

The daily intake of treated water for piglets up to 12 weeks can contain a maximum of 6.8% of this premix.

- Molecules that provide soluble Copper (8.60%): Net Copper content: 1.2%
1 liter in 1000 liters of water provides 10 ppm of Zn and 12 ppm of Cu. The maximum levels of these minerals in animal feed must be taken into account.

Dosage

For drinking water for all species.
1-2 liters per 1000 liters of water.
In severe cases of diarrhea, we recommend lowering the pH of the pigs' water to 4.5 with a complementary feed based on organic acids.

It can be combined with organic acids and other additives such as essential oils.
