Liquid Willow Bark Tea (Weidenrinden-tee) Backs | NewPet

Protects pigeons from intestinal parasites and bacteria (colibacteria, salmonella, coccidia and worms).

By regularly using Backs Willow Bark Tea, stool tests are almost always negative.

Therefore, unnecessary and expensive cures can be avoided.

The ingredients in willow bark are salicylic alcohol glycosides, flavonoids, phenol carboxylic acids and tannins. Salicin is broken down into salicylic alcohol and glucose in the intestine and then converted in the liver to salicylic acid, the active ingredient in aspirin.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to write about how willow bark works on pigeons. However, we recommend using it during cold and wet periods and before breeding.

Willow bark tea, in liquid concentrate form, can be administered via water or feed.

When used in feed, it is recommended to dry it with Backs Terra-Mineral.

Additives per kg: Flavorings, whose addition to the feed improves its smell or palatability: 100000 mg of flavoring mixture

How to use:

Add 20 ml of willow bark tea to 1 liter of water once a day or to the feed for 25 pigeons.

We recommend:
- feed for 5 days before mating and before traveling.
- During the trip, once a week after the flight, during the moult, twice a week.
- For young weaned pigeons, twice a week.
