NormaPhos plus Powder - Supports Kidney Function | NewPet

NormaPhos® PLUS is a unique product that combines the phosphorus-binding activity of Calcium Carbonate (91% purity) and Chitosamine (90% purity) with the antioxidant properties of Vitamin C (99% purity) and an adequate level of Folic Acid (99% purity). NormaPhos® PLUS, in association with a renal diet, can help maintain serum phosphorus within normal limits, in addition to supporting red blood cell function.


NormaPhos Plus is indicated for animals with chronic renal failure in stages 2 and 3, when metabolic acidosis is not observed.

By binding phosphorus and inhibiting damage to renal nephrons, it significantly reduces the later stages of chronic renal failure.

Key Ingredients:
calcium carbonate and chitosan – bind phosphorus
folic acid – reduces the development of anemia

NormaPhos Plus suitable for small dogs and cats < 10kg (45g)

Composition
Calcium Carbonate (91% pure), Maltodextrin, Chitosamine (90% pure), Hydrolyzed Animal Proteins.

Additives (per kg):
Nutritional additives: Vitamins, provitamins and chemically well-defined substances with similar effect: Ascorbic Acid (Vit. C) 45000 mg, Folic Acid 4500 mg.

Technological additives: colloidal silica 10000 mg

Analytical components: Crude ash 45.68%; Crude protein 11.37%; Crude oil and fats 0.6%; Crude fibers 0.1%; Calcium 17.32%; Moisture 3.46%.

Dosage

NormaPhos® PLUS
For small dogs and cats: 1 spoon of NormaPhos® PLUS mixed with food (renal diet) for every 4 kg of body weight every 12 hours (2x a day).

Always have fresh water available. Keep out of reach of children. Store in original packaging. Store below 25°C.
